3. Transfer of Personal Data

Tanpak Ambalaj San. ve Tic. Ltd. 4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law")

· To learn whether Tanpak Ambalaj San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. processes their personal data and which personal data it processes,

· To request information regarding the purposes of the processing activity,

· To know the third parties to whom Tanpak Ambalaj San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. transfers personal data, domestically or abroad,

· To request the correction of personal data if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,

· To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,

· In case of a request for correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data, to request that the operations carried out be notified to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,

· To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and

· To request a copy of their personal data.
